Hey there! I’m Jessica, a Business Systems professional based in Northeast Ohio. I currently work as a Digital Systems & Automation Analyst at 7 17 Credit Union in Warren Ohio. I have a background in IT, but my recent experience is in business analysis and process transformation.
My work gets into a little bit of everything - from project coordination and system deployments to workflow mapping and re-engineering. My technical history gives me the know-how to take business initiatives and broad ideas from leadership, and turn those into realistic execution plans. My biggest deliveries come from uniting cross-functional teams and stakeholders, clarifying business needs, and driving initiatives from concept through execution.

My husband and I love to travel, having visited 26 countries and counting! Norway and New Zealand are favorites so far, we hope to go back and visit again. Our son Romulus was born in March of 2025, and has already started collecting some passport stamps of his own.
